Alumil, one of the most advanced companies worldwide in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems, is looking for a Technical Consultant for one of its subsidiaries in Turkey.

Alumil Turkiye is one of the fast growing subsidiaries of the Alumil Group.

What Are We Looking For?

As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with architects, consultants, engineers, developers, and façade contractors, while being an integral part of the sales team. You will ensure that project specifications are delivered with technical accuracy and efficiency, and support the development of high‑quality aluminium solutions tailored to client needs.

• Conduct technical analysis of projects received from the sales and marketing teams, and perform system design using AutoCAD, Logic, and similar software.
• Carry out static analysis and calculations to determine appropriate aluminium profile selections.
• Analyse customer needs and offer customised system solutions; take part in the preparation of technical proposals.
• Accurately enter project details into the CRM system and monitor project progress digitally.
• Maintain post‑purchase customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Respond to technical support requests from internal and external customers via phone, email, or on‑site visits.
• Inform and coordinate with the sales departments for large‑scale projects.
• Provide technical support on site (construction areas) when necessary and offer practical solutions.
• Ensure that technical documentation, drawings, and details are up‑to‑date and easily accessible.

You will be located in the market of Georgia.

Requirements

• Ability to work in an organised and responsible manner.
• Capability to understand system processes and apply them accurately.
• Strong communication skills.
• Holistic customer approach: ability to identify and understand customer needs accurately, respond to those needs effectively, and manage expectations accordingly.
• Knowledge of architectural systems and design principles.
• Preferred work experience in a company within the industry and/or in sales‑oriented organisations.
• Experience in a structured corporate sales department is considered an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent command of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and MS Office applications.
