Technical Compliance Administrator (m/f/o)

This position is responsible for assisting in the creation and submission of gaming shipment application packages and maintenance of effective internal reporting, tracking and filing systems. The position of Technical Compliance Administrator supports the Sr. Technical Compliance Administrative Manager and works in coordination with the department team, as well as other departments within the organization, to execute various compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing software as needed for production and submission needs using methods of storage media (CFast, EPROM), programming boards and PLCs.

Assist with monitoring the current inventory and tracking returning shipments of CFast inventory.

Support entering software versions and quantities in Navision for all installs and upgrade tickets.

Coordinate monitoring of software and hardware field upgrades.

Assist all product shipment notification packages including, but not limited to, completing detailed forms and writing letters, communicating with governmental authorities and seeking required prior approvals.

Maintain various databases and systems.

Conduct assessments of shipping notification requests and subsequent approval to ship.

Assist in reviewing sales orders with sales and production departments to ensure that only approved hardware and software are shipped to include order forms and completion of approved hardware and software.

Ensure accuracy of outbound shipments for physical serial numbers assigned to the notification, including the sealing of the outgoing shipping seals.

Stay current on rules, regulations and legislative requirements of the various gaming jurisdictions as they pertain to submissions requirements.

Comply with company policies and operating procedure manual.

Maintain knowledge and utilize computer software programs applicable to the department.

Maintain a good awareness of changes in trends, techniques, and client needs, and communicate that information effectively in department meetings.

Adhere to confidentiality rules and all other company policies, procedures and rules as presented by Interblock Gaming.

Perform other job duties as assigned and participate in special projects at management’s request.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

One year of experience in a similar fast-paced technology environment, preferably in the gaming industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Able to become proficient in Jira, Navision and other communication skills.
