Interblock Gaming is seeking a Technical Compliance Administrator to support software production and submission processes, maintain reporting channels, and ensure adherence to gaming regulations. You will coordinate with departments to execute compliance tasks and monitor field upgrades.

The role requires strong Excel/Outlook skills, a track record in fast-paced tech environments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a similar fast-paced technology environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to become proficient in Jira, Navision and other communication skills.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and leadership among peers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing software for production and submission needs.
• Monitor inventory and track returning shipments of CFast inventory.
• Enter software versions and quantities in Navision for all installs and upgrades.
• Coordinate monitoring of software and hardware field upgrades.
• Prepare shipment notification packages and communicate with governmental authorities.
• Maintain databases and systems.
• Assess shipping notification requests and approvals to ship.
• Review sales orders to ensure approved hardware/software are shipped.
• Ensure accuracy of outbound shipments with serial numbers and seals.
• Stay current on gaming jurisdiction rules and submission requirements.
