Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource to technicians and service personnel to resolve problems.
• Document information in CCMS and coordinate with John Deere support.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
• Prepare service department reports and analyze data for growth.
• Maintain knowledge of engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Participate in safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
