Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating product offerings to refinery, petrochemical, power generation, and light industrial customers.
  • Responding to sales inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Reviewing contracts, addressing design and technical questions, providing project updates.
  • Maintaining communication and expediting quotes and orders.
  • Developing knowledge of product lines, pricing, delivery times, and other data.
  • Owning and overseeing customer requests and concerns until resolution.

Qualifications needed:

  1. Sales experience in relevant industries with technical support skills.
  2. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  3. Mechanical aptitude with strong communication and organizational skills.
  4. Dependable, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
