Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Training Content Developer/Instructor - Technical Collection to support course development and instruction on first-line network and target analysis. You will tailor technical material for specific audiences and deliver it clearly in both oral and written formats.

The role requires 2+ years of technical teaching or curriculum development, 4+ years TC experience, and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

2+ years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia or industry classroom)
4+ years of TC experience (within the past 10 years)
Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collection or Analysis counts as experience time
TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
If no Bachelor’s Degree, 6+ years of TC experience (within the past 10 years) and completion of military training time may count as experience

Responsibilities

Tailor technical and other information to the audience and communicate clearly in oral and written form
Solicit and incorporate course feedback from students and others into courses and presentations
Develop new TC courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring accuracy and currency
Collaborate with others in development, presentation, and updating TC teaching materials
