The role serves as central point for mission planning, asset deployment, site coordination, and post-collection activities, requiring independent work in a complex defense environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience supporting technical collection, acquisition, or defense-related missions.
• Experience planning and executing operations involving multiple geographic locations, including CONUS/OCONUS environments.
• Experience coordinating the movement and deployment of technical equipment, personnel, and resources.
• Knowledge of government acquisition processes, contracting, procurement, and support agreements.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed mission plans, schedules, dependencies, and execution timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment while managing concurrent requirements and priorities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, as required by the program.

This candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical collection activities across U.S. government organizations, CONUS and OCONUS operating locations, and defense-industry partners. The position will be a central coordination point for planning, asset deployment, site coordination, agreements, mission execution, and post-collection activities. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience operating in complex government and defense environments and the ability to coordinate multiple organizations, locations, and technical resources to execute collection missions.
