Job summary

Probity seeks an experienced architect to deliver architectural excellence and hands-on leadership for enterprise cloud solutions within public sector programs. You will guide concept-to-delivery efforts, evaluate tradeoffs with client engineers, and shape robust cloud-based infrastructures to modernize legacy systems.

The role requires 5 years advising enterprise or government customers in cloud architectures, plus 3 years coding in C++ or Python.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience advising enterprise or government customers in cloud solutions architecture, technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
• 3 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C++ or Python) acting as a hands-on contributor on technical delivery.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: familiarity with Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Networking, Kubernetes Engine) and experience supporting large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded architectural excellence and hands-on leadership within the client's technical team to ensure project success from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with client engineers to evaluate tradeoffs and recommend integration strategies, architectures, and robust infrastructure for cloud solutions.
• Engage cross-functional internal partners to identify and manage project risks, issues, and schedules to meet timelines.
• Manage relationships with executives as a trusted technical advisor and translate analyses into actionable recommendations and product roadmaps.
