Job summary

Blackwave Texas Inc. is seeking a Cleaning Laboratory Technologist to collect control and rinse samples from our cleaning process and perform the analysis that validates tank cleanliness (NVR, particle count, pH, conductivity, dew point).

You will apply ALCOA+ documentation and support the broader cleaning, drying, and packaging workflow to ensure traceable results. This on-site role in Texas requires lab experience, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to identify process

Qualifications

• Experience in a lab or manufacturing setting is required.
• Familiarity with NVR and other laboratory analyses is required.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Collect control and rinse samples from the cleaning process.
• Perform laboratory analyses including NVR, particle count, pH, conductivity, and dew point.
• Apply ALCOA+ principles to ensure data is attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, and complete.
• Support cleaning, drying, and packaging processes while minimizing contamination.
