Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Sr. Technical Optical Support Engineer to strengthen our 24/7 support system. You will troubleshoot complex issues, deliver system-level solutions, and act as the primary liaison between customers and R&D to drive resolutions.

You will maintain deep product knowledge, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document activities, and provide guidance to junior staff while upholding professional standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Customer-centric approach with focus on delivering exceptional support.
