Job summary

LG Electronics in Huntsville, AL seeks a Technical Call Center Manager to lead technical support operations, guiding field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and high customer satisfaction.

You will oversee daily call center operations, manage TCC agents, review RM/RA/PA cases, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports while maintaining deep product knowledge and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in appliance/technical field.
• High level of PC knowledge and excellent written/oral communication.
• 10+ years’ experience in consumer electronics/appliance fields.
• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding; refrigeration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review RA cases daily and communicate results to HQ.
• Review TV module PA cases daily for approval/rejection.
• Manage TCC agents’ time off, shifts, and performance.
• Plan training and service riding for TCC agents.
