Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in high-tech, semiconductor, aerospace, or medical device manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers; monitor performance and drive improvements.
Lead supplier negotiations related to pricing, contracts, lead times, and technical capabilities.
Drive supplier performance improvements through collaboration with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Quality.
Review and interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and manufacturability considerations.
Analyze market trends and supplier data to support strategic procurement decisions.
Prepare, manage, and maintain supplier contracts and pricing agreements.
Ensure accurate data management within production control and ERP systems.
