Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Technical Business Developer to build new opportunities and expand customer relationships for Networking and Power products. You will act as the bridge between customers and FII's engineering, product, and business teams.

The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, business development, and customer management skills, translating requirements into solutions and driving opportunities from initial engagement through RFQ, product qualification,

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in technical business development or related customer-facing role in electronics, wireless, networking, or EMS.
• Strong understanding of electronics and product development processes.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business opportunities for Networking and Power products, including new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements, roadmaps, and business needs to identify opportunities.
• Provide technical support for WWAN and WLAN products, coordinating with engineering to address requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop solutions and proposals for Networking and Power.
• Lead opportunities through RFQ, quotation, development, qualification, and production ramp.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and program objectives.
• Manage customer issues and escalations with timely resolution.
• Support account planning, forecasting, pricing, and negotiations.
• Monitor customer and market trends to identify new opportunities and growth.
