• Designs, develops, implements, and maintains custom system software and/or installed systems software; configures and supports hardware.
• Provides technical and project leadership to staff; acts as liaison to Mayo departments and vendors; may provide 24/7 on-call support.
• Participates in proposal development with leadership; evaluates alternatives and presents recommendations to stakeholders.
