The TIES product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet CISA requirements.

This role is crucial in ensuring the effective evaluation of threat intelligence sources, enabling real-time automated data-sharing with key security partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, evaluation, and comparative analysis of available cyber threat intelligence thread feeds to assess strengths, limitations, and applicability within TIES.
• Develop a structured Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) framework to guide decision-making on optimal threat intelligence feed selection.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders, engineers, and analysts to define technical and operational requirements for effective intelligence integration.
• Assess Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products, software configurations, and custom solutions to determine best-fit approaches for CISA’s mission needs.
• Work closely with data architects and engineers to establish integration strategies for seamless ingestion, processing, and dissemination of intelligence feeds.
• Generate technical reports, presentations, and recommendations, communicating findings to leadership and federal partners.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cyber threat intelligence capabilities within the TIES program

• Familiarity with CISA’s cybersecurity priorities, threat intelligence operations, and federal cybersecurity frameworks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
