The selected candidate will work at an MUFG office or client site four days a week and remotely one day. Further details will be provided by our recruitment team.

Job Summary:

This role involves managing oversight of vulnerability compliance and operational issues, supporting maintenance of operational and control procedures, and providing expertise in vulnerability management processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support technology vulnerability management activities including assessment, remediation, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting; develop and improve related guidelines and governance.
  2. Ensure vulnerability management aligns with enterprise goals, regulatory requirements, and risk assessments.
  3. Serve as a business analyst and subject matter expert for vulnerability management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI) — requirements, design, testing, training, and support.
  4. Assist stakeholders in identifying, initiating, and tracking corrective actions for blockers and anomalies.
  5. Analyze vulnerability data to assess relevance, integrity, and support remediation efforts.
  6. Collaborate across functions to improve vulnerability processes and communication.
  7. Prepare and facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on actions.
  8. Escalate risks and blockers with supporting data and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, PMP, Six Sigma are preferred.
  3. Experience with cybersecurity analysis, vulnerability management, and related policies and standards.
  4. Knowledge of control areas like vulnerability and configuration management.
  5. In-depth cybersecurity knowledge, including risk management, compliance, and security domains.
  6. Technical background in infrastructure, networks, databases, and applications.
  7. Familiarity with standards like COBIT, ITIL, ISO, NIST.
  8. Proficiency with tools such as Qualys, Tanium, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  9. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and collaborative skills.
  10. Ability to operate strategically, foster innovation, and act with integrity.
