• 12+ years across multiple SDLC projects in Agile environments.
• 12+ years in Requirements Gathering & Analysis - eliciting and analyzing business needs through stakeholder engagement
• 12+ years in Data Analysis & Reporting - turning data into insights that guide decision-making
• 12+ years in Solution Design & Implementation, partnering with development teams
• 12+ years conducting research, preparing proof-of-concept documents and performance roadmaps, and implementing tools to measure and report on service outcomes
• 12+ years using Agile Methodology and JIRA for project development and service delivery
• 12+ years with analytical tools such as SharePoint and MS Office
• Proficient in fundamental SQL queries
• Proficient with Oracle
• Ability to write basic code

About the Role
