Job summary

Vantor Inc. seeks a Technical Baseline Manager to connect mission requirements, system interfaces, and MBSE products into a clear, consistent baseline. You’ll guide design decisions, assess issues, and maintain alignment across acquisition and development of space sensing capabilities.

You will work with the Space Force and stakeholders to implement recommended solutions, ensure traceability across requirements, interfaces, and models, and support program reviews and verifications.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science with 4+ years of systems engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading a team in development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, CONOPS, and test plans.
• Experience leading requirements and interface management for a major program.
• Experience coordinating changes across large stakeholder groups via review boards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and manage TRDs, ICDs, and MBSE products.
• Maintain alignment across requirements, interfaces, and models for a consistent baseline.
• Provide technical advice to senior program managers on space system design and test issues.
• Perform systems engineering and program management activities supporting design reviews, evaluations, and verifications.
• Analyze technical problems, prepare reports, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with U.S. Space Force and stakeholders to coordinate solutions.
