Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. seeks a Technical Baseline and Data Management Integrator in Huntsville, AL to establish and maintain program baselines across CAML subsystems and partners.

You will synchronize configuration and data management activities, support change control, and verify implementation across products. This role requires disciplined CM expertise, systems engineering awareness, and the ability to coordinate with diverse technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in configuration management, data management, systems engineering, or technical integration within DoD or Army programs.
• Strong understanding of configuration control, baseline management, and technical data governance.
• Experience supporting Government PM/PdM offices or acquisition programs.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing CDRLs and managing data deliveries for contractual compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level documentation.

Responsibilities

• Baseline Management: Establish, maintain, and control baselines with traceability across requirements and test artifacts.
• Configuration Management Coordination: Coordinate CM activities across Government and contractor teams to keep products synchronized with baselines.
• Change Control Execution: Manage formal change processes; support Configuration Control Boards and document decisions.
• Implementation Verification: Verify changes are implemented across technical artifacts and configurations.
• Data Management Oversight: Review CDRLs for completeness and contractual compliance; track data deliveries and rights.
• Configuration Status Accounting: Maintain accuracy of prototypes, hardware builds, and software versions.
• Interface Control Synchronization: Maintain and synchronize Interface Control Documents across stakeholders.
• Technical Review & Audit Support: Support reviews, audits, and testing activities to align artifacts with objectives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Government and contractor teams to resolve baseline or data issues.
