Acclaim Technical Services in Northern Virginia is seeking a Systems Engineering, Integration & Documentation Lead with a clearance to guide architecture, integration, and documentation across the program. Qualifications

• Strong systems integration or systems engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience integrating documentation from multiple technical teams into an authoritative technical baseline.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining requirements-to-evidence-to-risk-to-remediation traceability.
• Strong technical writing and document-architecture skills.
• Requirements management and requirements traceability.
• Configuration management and document/version control.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the authoritative technical baseline as the single source of truth for the engagement.
• Establish and maintain traceability across the full chain: contract and mission requirements → discovered cryptographic assets → supporting evidence → assessed risk → remediation → migration decision → validation and closure.
• Identify breaks in the chain and drive resolution with the responsible SME.
• Reconcile conflicting technical evidence across workstreams and maintain a defensible position.
• Preserve architecture decision records, assumptions, dependencies, and change history for defensible migration recommendations.
