Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Training Specialist to join the Clinical Chart Validation training team in the United States. You will plan, develop, and deliver technical training, mentor auditors, and assess training outcomes to boost productivity and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, evaluating training impact, and collaborating with QA, data services, and clinical experts to ensure consistent application of guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN license active/unrestricted in home state.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.
• Experience with InterQual/MCG criteria and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training plans with clear objectives.
• Deliver training via classroom, online, or webinar sessions.
• Mentor team members and assess training effectiveness.
• Support audit teams and improve accuracy through training.
