impact.com is hiring a technical Associate Product Manager for the Action Processing and Contracting Squad in Seattle. You will write crisp requirements, partner with engineers, and grow ownership quickly with coaching. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role in a data-heavy domain.

You will work with AI-enabled workflows to shape terms, commissions, lists, and contract logic while learning the domain and delivering value.

Qualifications

• Early-career product experience or equivalent impact experience.
• Degree in engineering or computer science.
• Ability to write clear, structured requirements in Markdown.

Responsibilities

• Own focused feature slices for AP and Contracting with coaching.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for engineers.
• Partner with Engineering to surface risks and gaps early.
• Iterate requirements adjacent to code context (Markdown) for eng-ready drafts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on priorities.
