impact.com is hiring a technical Associate Product Manager for the Action Processing and Contracting squad. You’ll partner with a Senior PM and Engineering to ship customer value in a data-heavy domain, writing crisp requirements and driving ownership with coaching.

You’ll leverage AI tools to draft specs, analyze data, and validate outputs, while maintaining tight collaboration with engineering and design teams for reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Early-career product experience or equivalent technical background.
• Degree in engineering or computer science with strong academic record.
• Fast time to value on requirements and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own focused feature slices for Action Processing and Contracting with engineering partnership.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage backlogs.
• Use AI to draft specs and accelerate analysis while ensuring quality.
• Maintain timely, eng-ready drafts from ask to delivery.
