Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in pulp, paper, or power operating areas preferred.
• Instill safety as a core value and communicate a shared safety vision.
• Thorough knowledge of mill equipment and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to achieve safety results and reliability goals.
• Develop tools and systems for environmental permitting compliance and accuracy.
• Support training processes to build a skilled team pool.
• Create SOPs, troubleshooting documents, and training materials.
• Coordinate cross-unit collaboration to optimize area production.
• Lead continuous improvement in manufacturing excellence and reliability.
