Description:

SMEs with backgrounds in visual arts, design, fine art, graphic art, TV/filmmaking production, animation, social/viral content creation, illustration, etc., are sought to work on content recipe generation for visual models including Imagine and MovieGen, as well as visual evaluations.

Summary:

An AI Artist creates AI visual and multimodal content, collaborating closely with content, product engineering, and design teams to develop concepts from pitching to prompting and refining visual content experiences. The role involves establishing a cohesive visual style, voice, and tone, and understanding AI artist communities and trends on social media to influence internet culture. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with artistic and technical skills, adaptable to various guidelines, attentive to production details, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced corporate tech environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality, polished content via prompting that is visually delightful, beautiful, and clear to meet user needs.
2. Generate content pitches and mockups for stakeholders, including product engineering and design teams.
3. Design prompts and manage the content pipeline through deployment.
4. Optimize content by testing, evaluating, and enhancing performance, and instruct partners and designers on best practices for asset creation, prompting, and modeling.
5. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Skills:

• Experience in prompt engineering, visual and multimodal content creation, and design systems like Figma and Photoshop.
• An online portfolio showcasing relevant AI visual artistry work, with a link included in the resume.
• Proven ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills within and across teams, including engineers and creatives.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Experience shipping products under strict deadlines.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least 1 year using GenAI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
