Job summary

EY seeks a hands-on Solution Architect to design, prototype and build AI-enabled applications within Digital Engineering Managed Services. You will lead architecture decisions, write code, and guide engineering teams through complex technical challenges.

The role emphasizes cloud-native design, reference architectures, ADRs and CI/CD, with active client collaboration and delivery accountability across build-to-run engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Typically 8+ years in engineering and solution architecture roles.
• Prior consulting or complex product delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures across UI, APIs, data and AI components.
• Prototype solutions to validate architectural decisions early.
• Create ADRs, deployment diagrams and non-functional requirements.
• Guide engineering teams and review AI-generated code and tests.
• Lead client workshops and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
