Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- 7+ years in HR technology architecture or enterprise systems design.
- Deep Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud expertise across modules.
- Experience with OIC, HDL, BIP, and HCM data integration.
- Security governance, RBAC, and SOX/GDPR compliance knowledge.
- Experience with AI, automation, and Oracle Redwood UX.
- Leadership of architects, developers, and analysts.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise HR systems architecture strategy for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Lead integrations governance across OIC, REST/SOAP, and HDL.
- Oversee HCM security architecture, RBAC, and data policies.
- Manage environment standards for Dev/Test/UAT/Prod.
- Guide AI, automation, and Redwood UX adoption roadmaps.
- Lead M&A integration architecture and Day 1 readiness.
- Collaborate with IT architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance.
- Define CI/CD and release governance for Oracle updates.
