Job summary

Crowe is hiring a Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant to combine business analysis and Microsoft technology skills to improve client processes through AI-enabled automation.

As part of the Enterprise Innovation & Automation team, you will lead requirements, design activities, and translate objectives into actionable solution requirements across D365 and Power Platform. You will manage workstreams and collaborate with client and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, software implementation, digital transformation, or related technology consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Availability to work Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, requirements, and solution design sessions.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
• Configure Microsoft D365 and Power Platform functionality to implement forms, entities, views, relationships, business rules, and workflows.
• Serve as the functional liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements, automation, and AI applications.
• Develop and execute functional testing and support UAT.
• Manage assigned functional workstreams with timelines and dependencies.
• Use approved AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing.
• Support client adoption through demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer.
