We are looking for a Senior Windows Architect / Infrastructure Automation SME to lead infrastructure modernization initiatives across Windows Server, hybrid infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, and automation.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Windows Server expertise with strong hands-on automation and Infrastructure-as-Code experience, while being comfortable leading architecture discussions with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead modernization of Windows Server and hybrid infrastructure through automation and IaC
- Design and develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Modernize legacy scripts, automation frameworks, and infrastructure pipelines
- Automate Windows Server deployment, configuration, patching, hardening, and upgrades
- Build and maintain infrastructure CI/CD pipelines using Harness and related tools
- Integrate automation with VMware vSphere 8/9 for infrastructure deployment
- Provide senior-level technical expertise across Windows, Linux, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and modernization roadmap discussions
- Establish engineering standards, documentation, and operational best practices
- Advanced PowerShell development & automation
- Python for infrastructure automation
- Harness / CI/CD
- Windows CIS security baselines & automated hardening
- VMware vSphere 8/9 automation
- Legacy automation modernization/refactoring
- Strong architecture, troubleshooting, documentation & communication skills
Nice to Have: Linux administration and automation experience.
