Job summary

HSO is seeking a senior integration architect to design and implement enterprise integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging Azure Integration Services such as APIM, Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus. You will build API-driven, event-based, and message-based architectures connecting ERP, CRM, and Dataverse.

The role requires 10–13 years in integration, with 5+ years on Azure, AZ-305 and AZ-400 certifications, and leadership experience in design reviews.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise integration architectures that connect business applications, analytics platforms, and intelligent services across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Build scalable integrations using Azure Integration Services including Azure API Management (APIM), Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
• Develop API-based, event-driven, and message-based architectures connecting ERP, CRM, Dataverse, analytics platforms, and external enterprise systems.
• Must have .NET 10, Knowing principles, Test driven approach
• Enable AI workloads.
• Support integration patterns required for Copilot, Azure OpenAI, semantic search, and intelligent application scenarios.
• GitHub copilot, Dedicated AI stack: Foundry , Citadel Arch, AI governance
• Integrate Microsoft Business Applications including Dynamics 365 and Dataverse with Azure data platforms and enterprise systems.
• Develop secure APIs and integration workflows leveraging OAuth2, Managed Identities, and APIM policies.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep (AVM) and YAML to support consistent and repeatable deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support automated delivery across development, test, and production environments.
• Design resilient integrations with monitoring, alerting, retry logic, and observability frameworks to ensure production reliability.
• Lead solution design reviews, define integration standards, API guidelines, and reusable templates, and mentor senior engineers.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and own technical delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience : 10-13 years in integration, with 5+ years designing solutions on Azure Integration Services

Architecture : Proven experience with API-led, event-driven, and message-based patterns: pub/sub, claim-check, canonical models, saga, replay

Azure services : Deep hands-on knowledge of APIM, Logic Apps (Standard and Consumption), Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs

Microsoft Business Apps : Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Dataverse with Azure data platforms and enterprise systems

AI integration ; Integration patterns for Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and semantic search (for example, Azure OpenAI behind APIM, AI Search, MCP)

Security : OAuth2, Managed Identities, Key Vault, private networking, APIM policies

DevOps & IaC : Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML pipelines) and Bicep, including Azure Verified Modules (AVM)

Reliability : Monitoring, alerting, retry and error handling, and observability using App Insights and Log Analytics

Leadership : Experience leading integration teams, running design reviews, mentoring, and engaging stakeholders

Certifications : AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) mandatory

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Synapse Link for Dataverse.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry agent integrations.
• Experience with B2B/EDI integrations (AS2, X12, EDIFACT).
• Knowledge of API-first design, OpenAPI specifications, and contract-first development.
