Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Technical Architect to join our Services organization, shaping best practices and guiding complex engagements. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure client solutions and act as the technical voice across multiple functions.

You will bring 10+ years in SaaS architecture, plus hands-on experience with Boomi integrations, cloud platforms, and REST APIs. Expect senior advisory responsibilities and strong influence on delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry with enterprise software architecture experience.
• Experience designing/implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains.
• 5+ years in LegalTech or FinTech.
• 2+ years hands-on experience using data integrations with Boomi (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST & APIs, design patterns, security, scalability and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing Intapp products.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to design implementation plans across multiple product segments.
• Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations in product apps and integration services.
• Advise and consult on strategic or complex services projects with hands-on technical work when needed.
• Engage stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide Product and Engineering teams.

Technical Architect

Intapp is looking for a Technical Architect to join our Services organization and help ensure that client implementations are built for maximum efficiency, consistency, and long-term value. In this senior advisory role, you will shape best practices, collaborate directly with our Product and Engineering teams, and provide hands-on guidance for our most complex, strategic services engagements. You will serve as the technical voice of services delivery across Support, Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering - helping Intapp deliver outcomes that matter to the world's leading professional firms.

What you will do

As a Technical Architect at Intapp, you can expect to:

• Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing Intapp products, driving consistency and quality across services delivery teams
• Collaborate with delivery teams across business units to design implementation plans for engagements that span multiple product segments
• Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations in product applications and integration services
• Advise and consult on strategic or complex services projects, including hands-on technical implementation work where needed
• Engage technical and business stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide Product and Engineering teams in defining client solutions
