Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Technical Architect to join our Services organization in Charlotte, NC. In this senior advisory role, you will shape best practices, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and provide hands-on guidance for complex engagements to deliver maximum value for our clients.

You will lead architecture discussions, design implementation plans, and mentor delivery teams while aligning with security, scalability, and cloud standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS with enterprise software architecture experience.
• Experience designing complex B2B enterprise apps.
• 5+ years in LegalTech or FinTech.
• 2+ years hands-on data integration using Boomi.
• Knowledge of cloud, middleware, REST APIs, design patterns, security and scalability.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to design implementation plans spanning multiple product segments.
• Create templates and fixed-scope packages for configurations in product applications and integration services.

You will serve as the technical voice of services delivery across Support, Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering - helping •••••• deliver outcomes that matter to the world's leading professional firms.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing •••••• products, driving consistency and quality across services delivery teams
• Collaborate with delivery teams across business units to design implementation plans for engagements that span multiple product segments
• Create templates, fixed‑scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations in product applications and integration services
• Advise and consult on strategic or complex services projects, including hands‑on technical implementation work where needed
• Engage technical and business stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide Product and Engineering teams in defining client solutions

What you will need

• 2+ years of hands‑on implementation experience using data integrations with BOOMI (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST & other APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms
