Tech Mahindra is seeking a Principal Architect Generative AI to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI and agentic AI solutions in a remote USA setting.

The role requires 10+ years in software architecture and hands-on expertise with LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures, plus strong leadership and customer-facing skills.

You will mentor teams, define governance, observability, and security standards while collaborating with enterprise applications and data platforms.

Role Summary

The pay range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
