Qualifications

• 3+ years designing Salesforce architecture on projects with >5 million records.
• 2+ years MuleSoft-based integration architectures with API-led connectivity and ESB patterns.
• 2+ years production ops on large-scale Salesforce and MuleSoft deployments (5k+ users).

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Enterprise Architect/Senior Technical Architect for a remote role (PST hours must be observed). This person will start: 10/26 through February 2027. Summary: The client is seeking a senior-level Salesforce + MuleSoft Enterprise/Technical Architect to support a large-scale State of California DMV environment.

Requirements

• This Classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles; At least three (3) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity
• At least 4 years of recent experience administering cloud environments and Salesforce applications
• At least four (4) years of FTE experience within the last seven (7) years in an Architect or Technical Lead role involving each of the following:
• Salesforce data model design, security, and performance optimization
• Integration of Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware
• API gateway configuration, data transformation, and orchestration
• Governance of enterprise architecture standards and reusable components
• At least 3 years designing and implementing Salesforce architecture on projects involving more than 5 million records
• At least three (3) years of FTE experience within the last seven (7) years designing and implementing MuleSoft-based integration architectures, including API-led connectivity and enterprise service bus (ESB) patterns
• At least two (2) years of FTE experience within the last five (5) years supporting production operations on a large-scale Salesforce and MuleSoft deployment; Large scale is defined as 5,000+ users, 3+ business areas, 5+ locations
• At least two (2) years of FTE experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or MuleSoft Runtime Manager

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
