Job Summary

The ideal candidate brings deep Service Cloud expertise, strong integration and security knowledge, and the maturity to mentor teams while shaping long‑term platform strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise‑scale architectures
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, integrations, and DevOps
• Experience with MuleSoft and REST‑based integrations
• CTI/telephony integration experience (Genesys Cloud or similar)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein 1, AgentForce, or AI‑driven automation
