Job Responsibilities:

• Perform commoditized activities including monitoring, managing events, servicing requests, and engineering support.
• Assist with network, systems, applications, access requests, and production support or security engineering.
• Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Manage and prioritize tasks, respond promptly, and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage triage bridge lines and update bridge boards, engaging teams as required.
• Maintain solutions aligned with security, redundancy, and archiving strategies.
• Handle event management and fulfillment items such as password resets and reporting requests.
• Support client onboarding by familiarizing new clients with technology products and services.
• Write and maintain documentation, scripts, and instructions; support change activities.

Pay Transparency details:

Location: Jersey City, NJ; Pennington, NJ; New York, NY.

Pay range: $24.00 - $44.09 hourly, based on experience, education, and skills.
