Support the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions for Lilly’s Global Medical Affairs business unit. Translate business needs and processes into technical requirements. Plan, analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy solutions in response to business needs. Provide technical guidance for solution design decisions. Drive Medical Information systems development. Perform technical prototyping and implementation around personalization, innovative content creation, and delivery capabilities. Conduct formal technical design reviews.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $129,813.00 – $149,284.95 per year. Full‑time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
