Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Systems Engineer (P2‑P4) to develop and implement AI‑enabled solutions for patient support systems. Guide AI solution design and delivery, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to identify opportunities for AI‑driven improvements. Utilize cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), to deliver secure solutions.
Position requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or a closely related STEM field, and 1 year of experience with leading AI‑ or ML‑enabled solutions from concept through launch. Experience must include a minimum of 1 year translating business requirements into technical deliverables; 1 year with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy); and 1 year with SQL and NoSQL databases. Part‑time telecommuting is permitted; up to 10% domestic and international travel is required.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $112,507.00 – $129,383.05 per year. Full‑time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
