Addison Group is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst (Tableau) in Oklahoma City or Tulsa. The role focuses on business analysis, enterprise data strategy, and data visualization to drive improvements across departments.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and work with enterprise systems and data warehouses to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.

Salary Range: $90,000 $100,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other BI toolsPartner with operations, finance, clinical, billing, and support teams to improve organizational performance
• Analyze data from multiple enterprise systems to identify trends, correlations, and improvement opportunities
• Work with relational and non-relational data sources including SQL, Snowflake, and SharePoint
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Support process improvement initiatives and performance optimization efforts across departments

Preferred Experience:

• Strong experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization platforms such as Power BI
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with enterprise BI tools, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
• Background working with healthcare, clinical, or public safety data strongly preferred
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting enterprise-level business analysis initiatives
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
