Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau/SQL) for an onsite Birmingham, AL role. You will translate business needs into data-driven insights, build dashboards, and optimize SQL queries across relational databases.

As the sole analyst supporting a program team, you will own analytics, enable self-service reporting for non-technical users, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic decisions in a value-based care initiative.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL expertise with complex joins and data transformation.
• Experience with relational databases (not just data lakes).
• Ability to independently own analytics for a business function.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear deliverables.
• Experience enabling self-service analytics for non-technical users.

Responsibilities
