Job Overview

The ideal onsite WHQ candidate (7-10 years of experience) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities may include creating user stories in ADO board, defining testing requirements, and managing features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze Requirements: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
2. Design Solutions: Develop technical designs and architecture for custom applications.
3. Develop and Implement: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java & C++.
4. Testing: Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
5. Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues in development, test, and production environments.
6. Documentation: Document technical specifications, architecture, and design.
7. Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8. Performance Optimization: Ensure the scalability and performance of microservices.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in Java and microservices development.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Java & C++ applications.
• Experience in RESTful APIs and Web Services development.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying applications in Azure environment.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of Linux-based C++ applications and MQTT protocol.
• Experience with IDEs like MS Visual Studio and Eclipse.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
