Qualifications

• Must have Salesforce Administrator Certification and a Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technology or business-related role.
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds including Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in configuring, administering, and maintaining enterprise platforms including workflows, access controls, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce and SharePoint to ensure performance and security.
• Provide Tier 2 support; diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with a customer-focused approach.
• Manage user provisioning, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Assist with system updates, releases, and vendor-supported enhancements.
