This role involves overseeing enterprise platforms, with a focus on Salesforce and SharePoint, to support performance, security, and user access. The position requires Tier 2 support capabilities, routine health checks, backups, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and maintaining enterprise platforms, including workflows, access controls, and integrations.
• Able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with solid monitoring/logging familiarity.
• Experience with RBAC, identity management, and user provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Strong documentation skills for processes, requirements, and troubleshooting steps.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise platforms (e.g., infrastructure systems, Salesforce, SharePoint) for performance and security.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Perform routine system health checks, backups, and monitoring; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Manage user provisioning and access controls per security standards.
• Collaborate with business units to implement technology solutions for efficiency.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge base.
