What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) environments, processes, and architecture
- Develop custom analytics JavaScript to create events and triggers in Google Tag Manager
- Lead GTM projects from inception through completion, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and QA issues with product engineers and solutions architects
- Act as the primary point of contact for managing all technical issues and inquiries among internal and external partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital ad operations at a publisher, ad tech company, ad agency, or ad network
- Expert knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with firm follow-through
- High degree of initiative and productivity
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to a non-technical audience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of DCM, Sizmek, or other ad servers
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL/database design
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects under aggressive timelines
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills involving technology
- Experience in collaborating well with teams and managing multiple tasks
