Qualifications

• 6+ years of public accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and industry experience in accounting research, technical accounting, and/or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting literature; ability to apply guidance to complex transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex accounting matters clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accounting implications of proposed and alternative deal structures.
• Research and apply accounting guidance; communicate conclusions to accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.
• Support senior management by providing timely technical accounting analysis and problem-solving for high-impact transactions.
