Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field.
• CPA certification is required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to research and interpret technical areas of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Research accounting policy questions and assist in providing accounting guidance to divisions and Corporate functions.
• Assist in preparation of Form 10-K and Forms 10-Q for filing with the SEC.
• Prepare assigned footnotes and related supporting work-papers including fluctuation analyses of key accounts.
• Coordinate with PepsiCo's external auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Manage internal representation letter process in Workiva with divisions and global functions.
