Job summary

3 Bridge Networks LLC is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join our growing finance organization. The role focuses on technical accounting, revenue recognition, and SEC reporting, partnering with the Controller, FP&A, Legal, auditors, and operations to evaluate complex transactions and maintain strong accounting policies.

The ideal candidate will translate technical guidance into practical business recommendations in a fast-paced environment and help scale finance processes and reporting

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting.
• Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606 and contract accounting.
• Experience supporting SEC reporting and public company financials.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP.
• Lead revenue recognition accounting under ASC 606 including contract review and disclosures.
• Prepare technical accounting memos, policies, and position papers for management and audit review.
• Support quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q/10-K) and related disclosures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations on accounting implications of contracts and initiatives.
• Assist with implementing new accounting standards and updates to policies and controls.
• Support external audits with technical analyses and issue resolution.
• Improve close and reporting processes through documentation and scalable controls.
• Monitor developments in GAAP and SEC reporting and communicate impact to leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to accounting team.
