Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to lead complex technical accounting analyses in a fast‑growing tech environment. The role focuses on US GAAP guidance across revenue, leases, consolidations, and business combinations, with collaboration across legal, FP&A, and external auditors.

You will drive key accounting memoranda, support SEC filings, and enhance internal controls while working with an international team and cutting‑edge AI/cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience, Big Four or national firm preferred.
• Strong preference for publicly traded company experience and US GAAP expertise.
• Experience with ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 810, and consolidation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting analyses and documentation for complex transactions.
• Assess consolidation requirements, VIEs, and primary beneficiary determinations.
• Evaluate revenue recognition under ASC 606 for multi-element arrangements.
• Analyze lease accounting under ASC 842 for data centers and infrastructure.
• Support SEC reporting, disclosures, and external auditor discussions.
• Coordinate with Legal, FP&A, Tax, and Operations on contract implications.
• Improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.
