United Parks & Resorts is seeking a Technical Accountant to join our corporate team. You will perform core accounting duties, reconcile ledgers, prepare journal entries, and support audits while collaborating with parks and corporate finance teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business Administration, with at least one year of accounting experience (or 5 years with pursuing degree). Strong GAAP knowledge and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• At least one year of accounting experience; or working towards degree and 5 years accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day accounting functions at the corporate office.
• Complete reconciliations for general ledger accounts and analyze variances.
• Prepare and post journal entries and analyze supporting records.
• Assist in audit processes and develop ad hoc analyses.
• Support other Corporate Finance departments and handle special projects.
