Technical Account Manager (Wireless Telecom Infrastructure)

Austin, TX

About Inorsa

At Inorsa , we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping the future of the telecom and structural engineering industries. With our groundbreaking automation tools, we are empowering engineers to transform the way critical telecom infrastructure is built, making it safer, faster, and more efficient than ever before.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, and backed by top-tier venture capital, Inorsa is among the fastest‑growing and most successful companies in the engineering tech space. We’re revolutionizing how engineers operate, from analyzing complex documents to producing high‑quality construction drawings, while providing actionable insights that are changing the game.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for visionary, forward‑thinking individuals who are ready to push the boundaries of technology and drive real change. If you’re passionate about solving complex technical problems and making an impact in an industry ripe for disruption, we want to meet you.

About the Role

Inorsa is looking for a Technical Account Manager to drive the implementation, adoption, and utilization of our cutting‑edge AI and automation products in the telecom industry. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, leveraging your telecom expertise in customer workflows to design and deploy impactful solutions. This is a high‑impact, hybrid role designed for a growth SaaS company operating in the telecom infrastructure ecosystem.

You will own post‑sale customer outcomes end‑to‑end—from technical onboarding and adoption to value realization, renewal, and product feedback—while also acting as a customer‑embedded product partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of domain expertise, SaaS technology, and customer advocacy.

You will work alongside a team of hands‑on engineers and specialists to build and showcase Inorsa’s capabilities, but you must also be highly technical, understanding how AI and automation can streamline telecom workflows and drive efficiency. Bridging real‑world use cases with our technology will be key to driving adoption across the telecom markets. With your insights, Inorsa will continue shaping the future of product development while staying at the forefront of innovation in the industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for multiple clients, guiding them through the adoption of Inorsa’s AI‑powered telecom solutions.
  • Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them integrate Inorsa into their workflows to streamline engineering and increase efficiency.
  • Define and execute technical strategies tailored to each account, ensuring alignment with customer goals and industry best practices.
  • Build a network of technical champions within client organizations to drive broader adoption of Inorsa’s solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in wireless for the Inorsa engineering team, providing guidance on best practices, industry trends, and product development.
  • Provide structured mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Ownership & Success Strategy
  • Serve as the primary post‑sales owner for a portfolio of enterprise telecom infrastructure customers.
  • Develop and execute success plans aligned to customer business goals, operational KPIs, and product performance outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to technical, operational, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) focused on outcomes, platform adoption and utilization, product engagement, and roadmap alignment.
Technical Enablement & Account Leadership
  • Lead technical onboarding, configuration, and integrations with customer systems.
  • Act as the named technical escalation point for complex customer issues, coordinating closely with engineering and support.
  • Proactively monitor customer usage, data flows, and system health to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex platform behavior into clear, business‑relevant insights for customers.
Product Partnership & Voice of the Customer
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer (VoC) internally, synthesizing feedback across customers into actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to:
    • Influence roadmap prioritization.
    • Validate feature requirements and real‑world use cases.
    • Participate in early‑access programs, betas, and design reviews.
    • Help define success metrics for new features and ensure successful customer rollout.
Adoption, Retention & Expansion
  • Drive product adoption and measurable value realization across customer organizations.
  • Identify renewal risks through product engagement (usage and utilization), and lead mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Leadership to identify and support expansion opportunities (additional modules, usage growth, enterprise rollouts).
  • Support pre‑sales and late‑stage deals with technical credibility and customer proof points when needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a technical, client‑facing role within the wireless telecom industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • The ability to form strong working relationships with executives and champions within customer organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable feedback for the Inorsa product and engineering teams.
  • A passion for market disruption and a desire to build something transformative.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years in technical customer‑facing roles (Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or product‑adjacent roles).
  • Strong experience with B2B SaaS platforms and cloud‑based architectures.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder customer environments.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and technical documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree+ in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in early‑stage or high‑growth startups.
  • Prior exposure to product discovery, backlog prioritization, or roadmap planning.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless telecom equipment, as well as operator and tower infrastructure workflows.
  • Domain familiarity with telecom infrastructure, such as OSS/BSS, network operations & monitoring, infrastructure planning, deployment, or optimization.
  • Strong data fluency (SQL, dashboards, analytics tools).
  • Experience supporting enterprise or infrastructure‑heavy customers.
  • PMP, Agile, or cloud certifications.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
  • Life Insurance & Disability Coverage.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Health Savings Account (HSA).
  • Unlimited Vacation Days.
  • Paid Sick Leave & Parental Leave.
